The Mojo team have launched 'Short Courses', which create specific one off interventions for people who are struggling right now with a specific issue, an exam, sporting game, presentation or any upcoming performance!
What's so different about Short Courses?
- Short Courses are separate from the actual course, and are completed separate to your Course progress
- Include only 3-4 specific exercises, designed for you to get into the right mindset, to use immediately and add them to your morning rituals and daily healthy habits.
- Short Courses will explore a new topic or situation based off what you are struggling with.
Our team will be releasing these regularly, so look out for new ones. We hope that these bite-sized Mojo Short Courses join the dots between where you’re stuck and where you may need some help right now, and get you to perform, when you need it most!
